NVA SELECT SELECTION PROCESS

Each member club will have their U13-U17 (years 2011-2007) ECNL-RL Coaches make 5-6 selections from their team to be part of the NVA Select training program. Each coach will make sure to have multiple positions chosen for the selections as well, so no matter where you play on the field you will have the opportunity to be selected. There are no "tryouts" for NVA Select, and will focus on each coach having that conversation with those players who are not only interested, but at the right level to participate.
